Ben joined AREA in March 2024 after working for a West End Property Developer for two and a half years as an Investment Analyst, where his focus was on office and student acquisitions. Before beginning his career in the property industry, he graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc Hons in Real Estate Management. In the summer of 2023, he fulfilled an ambition to live and work abroad where he taught English at a secondary school in Thailand for seven months.

At AREA, Ben works closely with Talitha and James working on a wide range of projects, gaining asset management experience in student housing as well as the wider alternative real estate sector.

Ben is studying towards his APC and qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor. In his spare time, Ben can be found supporting Chelsea FC at Stamford Bridge or enjoying cooking with friends.
