Jamie joined AREA in May 2024 having been working in the industry for 4 years, his experience spans valuation, commercial agency and investment. Jamie previously worked at Savills in the Middle East Capital Markets team, focusing on cross-sector investment transactions encompassing hotels, serviced apartments, office, retail and BTR.

Before starting his career in real estate, Jamie gained a BA in Architecture from The University of Sheffield and went on to study an MSc in Real Estate at The University of Reading. Jamie qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in November 2022.

Having lived in the Middle East and Singapore, Jamie enjoys travelling on his time off and likes keeping up with golf and rugby alongside work.
