Tally joined AREA in May 2023 and has over 8 years’ experience in the real estate industry. Having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in general commercial practice at JLL, Tally has gone on to gain extensive experience in the student housing and wider 'bed' sector markets.

Having worked in both valuations and capital markets Tally provides unique insights into both sides of the advisory spectrum.  Her understanding of operational real estate provides her with the skillset to deliver detailed underwriting and asset management advice to a wide range of institutional and developer clients.

Tally is a MRICS Registered Valuer, holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Leeds and a MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading. In her spare time she can be found cooking or walking with her dog Fig.
